AZ Monteurwohnungen lets worker apartments in the Worms, Lampertheim, Mannheim and Ludwigshafen area. The apartments shown are in our inventory as presented. There is no online payment.

Enquiries go via WhatsApp, phone or email. A contract is formed only by the individual offer and your confirmation.

Published prices are guide values plus statutory VAT where applicable. Short-term up to 6 months, long-term from 6 months with discount. Final price, deposit, final clean and house rules are in the offer.

Washer and dryer are in the apartment or a laundry room, depending on the unit. Courtyard parking for cars and vans subject to availability; please mention it in the enquiry.

Check-in after key handover or via a safe, also in the evening. German law applies.
